Redstone Inn Policies
We want your stay at The Redstone Inn to be enjoyable and memorable. We've outlined some important polcies below. We hope that you find them helpful while planning your stay. These policies are in place to help us serve guests better and more efficiently. If you have made a reservation at The Redstone Inn, we ask that you please review our amenities and policies before your arrival. Rates are subject to change without notification. Please note the maximum number of people per room. Extra person fee of $5.00 may apply. Your card will be charged for one full night at the time of your reservation. This charge is not refundable if you cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your reservation.
We have limited wi-fi and wireless coverage and no cell service. Please come prepared to unplug! We have a Business Center located on the ground level in the library and wireless internet available throughout the hotel. Irons, ironing boards and hair dryers are available upon request. Telephones and televisions and cable are present in all rooms. There are a limited number of rooms equipped with flat screen televisions & DVD players. Please note that the Redstone Inn is not equipped with an elevator. Limited first floor rooms are available.
Mid-May to October: The Grill is open for breakfast daily (8:30am-11am) and daily for lunch (11:30am-5pm) and dinner (5:30pm-8:30pm). Red's is open Wed–Sun from 5:30pm to 8:30pm by reservation only. Room Service is available only during open restaurant hours.
October to Mid-May: Grab & Go Breakfast is available (7am–11am) Monday–Friday. The Grill is open for breakfast Saturday–Sunday (8:00am to 11:00am), and daily (except Wednesday) for lunch (11:30am) and dinner (5:30pm to 8:00pm). Red's is open Friday-Saturday (5:30pm to 8:00pm).
If you will be accompanied by a registered service dog, please let us know when making reservations. Service dogs are required to wear a service vest at all times while on the property or in the common areas. We do not charge a pet fee for service dogs with papers and a vest. There is a $75 one pet / $100 two pet fee per stay for emotional support animals. Emotional support animals are not allowed in the common areas or in the food and beverage areas.
Pets are allowed to stay in the lower level Terrace Rooms only. When all of these rooms are reserved, our "pet quota" is sold out. Pets must be supervised at all times. We allow two pets up to 40 pounds each, with a $75 one pet / $100 two pet fee per stay and a limit of two pets per room. Pets are not allowed in the main hotel or outdoor dining areas. Guests, who bring pets into unauthorized rooms, will incur a $100 deep cleaning fee in addition to the normal pet fee.
