The Redstone Grill has everything you need to keep fully fueled up for Crystal Valley adventures. From fish and chips to sizzling steaks the grill has cuisine to suit all tastes.

Off Season Hours (Oct to Mid-May): Continental Breakfast available exclusively for registered guests daily from 7:00am to 10:30am. Open daily to the public from 11:00am to 8:00pm.

High Season Hours (Mid-May to Oct): Continental Breakfast available exclusively for registered guests daily from 7:00am to 10:30am. Open daily to the public from 11:00am to 8:00pm.

Takeout room service is available from The Grill any time we are open. Reservations are available for groups of 10 or more only. Dining hours are subject to change without notice. Please call 970.963.2526 to make a reservation or click below if you are on a cellular device.
